Delivery pricing and times
We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 7 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within this period, please contact us by clicking here and choosing one of the options
We are only able to deliver throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to any countries outside the UK including Eire, USA, Canada or mainland Europe. It is also not possible to deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Boxes within the UK.
Returns
You can return any unwanted items free of charge, within 28 days for a refund or replacement, provided that they are unused and with their original packaging and condition. We can only offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return; we cannot offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you need a different item, you need to request a refund and then place a new order.
Postage and packing
Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched for delivery within 48 hours.
For orders up to £49.99 there is a delivery of £7.50. Orders over £50.00 will be delivered Free of Charge.
Express delivery (UK only) Next Day
Even though our normal service is fast, we also offer express delivery. The cost of this service, regardless of parcel size or weight, is a supplement of £7.50 over and above our normal postage and packing rates.
Saturday and Evening delivery (UK only)
In today’s busy world it is not always possible to take delivery of your goods during working hours, at household2U, we can offer a unique evening delivery service or Saturday. There is an additional delivery charge of £10 over and above our normal postage and packing rate.
